Robert MacPhee is the Founder and President of Heart Set, Inc. He had started and built several other successful businesses previous to founding Heart Set. He is the creator of the “Heart Set on Fitness”? system, which is designed to help people succeed at being healthy and fit.
Mr. MacPhee has created, marketed and presented his own personal development workshops and is an award winning speaker. He is a two time graduate and six time staff member at Jack Canfield's Facilitating Skills Seminar, one of the world’s leading events for learning how to teach self-esteem based personal development material. He is a two time graduate of the Income Builder's International (IBI) Free Enterprise Forum, (another leading personal development and business seminar). He was a staff member for the IBI Forum in October of 1999. He is a past President of La Jolla Village Toastmasters, and has attained the rank of ATM in Toastmasters, an accomplishment reached by less than 2% of those who join the organization.
Heart Set’s proven approach has been used by organizations such as Qualcomm, The National Institute for Fitness and Sport and the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society to help members and employees to get more of the results they want.
Mr. MacPhee is 46 years old and lives in San Diego, California with his wife Pam and three young children. He is a graduate of the University of California San Diego with a degree in Economics. Practicing what he preaches, he is a marathon runner and periodically skis, bikes, and plays basketball, soccer golf and tennis.
