Having self-love and personal power are the two major keys to psychological wellbeing and health.
In truth, it is not even possible to be unconditionally loving if we do not first claim and own our personal power. Because if we don’t own our personal power, then we cannot keep the lower self and fear-based mind at bay, and it is not possible to be unconditionally loving without transcending the fear-based mind.
We have been conditioned since the moment of birth by our parents, peers, magazines , television, films and the world to not own our personal power but to give it away. We give our personal power away to other people, to outer circumstances, to our physical bodies, emotions, the weather, the food, etc… anything!
So how can we reclaim our personal power? We claim our personal power by affirming that we have it. We must first recognize that our personal power lies within us because it is part of our divine makeup. Once we recognize this, we have to claim it by affirming that we have it!
Claim that power every morning upon awakening. Then take a moment at noon and again in the afternoon to claim it again, and then again claim it at night before going to bed. So practically, we claim our personal power by doing personal power affirmations every morning, every noon, and every evening – until it is a habit to stay in our power!
The Integrated Ascended Masters owns his personal power at all times, in all ways and all things, and he is ever vigilant to never give it away to anyone or anything! He values his personal power as his greatest gift!
Dr Joshua David Stone
was one of the most influential Spiritual teachers, leaders and forerunners of our time. He had a Ph.D. in Transpersonal Psychology and was a licensed Marriage, Family and Child Counselor in California, USA.
