Educated in England, Lisa holds a Master’s of Science in Applied Psychology, which focused on the principles of health and organisational Psychology. She has completed an advanced diploma in life coaching and is a qualified teacher. Yes it can often be masked quite successfully for many years through forming unhealthy habits, be they overeating, drinking to excess, incessant surfing on the net, overspending, not exercising, mindlessly watching television or forming unhealthy relationships. These are all ways we keep ourselves stuck and excused from our true nature. When we are living our life on purpose we no longer rely or need a quick fix to numb our feelings as we see that we deserve only things which nourish us. We know that our body often demands more of what it doesn’t need because we have created a cycle of filling up on stimulants rather than listening to our true essence.
