I have created a website/blog to help others see themselves and their environment free of the profound influence of past wounds, fears, and disappointments still imprinted on the subconscious and the body. Whether we are challenged by unresolved grief, addiction, depression, etc., we can move through and beyond the challenges we face to greater success and fullfillment in whatever area of our life we choose. We are like the lotus blossom.
After helping people to a clearer understanding, I can better help them complete the accumulated grief from past losses that was never really resolved or completed, regardless of how long ago the loss occurred, and is now complicating/intensifying their present grief. It doesn't matter if grief is the result of death, divorce, miscarriage, or any number of other things, there are always things left unfinished and unresolved after the loss, and if not resolved or completed our incomplete grief will continue to accumulate after each successive loss. Grief is a heart centered experience; there are always words left unspoken or words we wish had never been spoken, things done we wish had not been done, and plans or dreams made that will now never come to fruition. Until these undelivered words and emotions are delivered/communicated the grief will remain incomplete and unresolved.
Understanding how "subconscious clutter" is affecting us, is also important to be able to move through and beyond our past. My first book, Looking At The World Through A Fractured Lens-Subconscious Clutter and Greif Distort Our Vision, deals with the subconscious and grief; The second book, Yes,You Can Have Success,Love, and Abundance-You Can Do It With R.E.S.P.E.C.T.is a little book of inspiration and encouragement.

One of my favorite quotes is one by Paul Ferrini, "We can be proud of the spiritual adult, but still ashamed of the wounded child".
Through my own experiences and study, as well as, the experiences of clients, I have come to believe that grief never resolved or completed and the residue of our past are the root causes of much of the physical, mental, and emotional pain from which we spend a lifetime trying to recover.
Another quote I like is from Melody Beattie, "Help me fully embrace and finish my endings, so I may be ready for my new beginnings".
The grief from our past losses, whatever that loss may have been, for which there was never a meaningful or satisfactory resolution, will accumulate one loss after another and continue to build on each other until we are carrying around a lifetime of unresolved grief.
