My journey in life flows with my relationship to yoga. I believe yoga does not aim to fix us. There is nothing wrong with us that needs fixing. We are divine in creation. Yoga aims to connect us to the deeper layers of who we are so that we can heal and guide the parts of ourselves that need our love and attention. Yoga is the connection of mind, body, and spirit.
