Mary-Ann Owens has coached executives and senior managers in leadership development, and has enabled management teams to be higher performing in key strategic leadership areas, and their leaders to become more effective and resilient. Mary-Ann brings a unique level of depth, breadth and experience to the executive coaching profession. She is very interested in developing secure and effective leaders able to lead change even in adverse circumstances.
Mary-Ann has an MBA and has completed the course work and candidacy exam within her PhD in Leadership Development at the University of Calgary, Alberta.
Mary-Ann was the founding president of the Calgary Association of Professional Coaches, and literally startedthe coaching profession in Calgary. Mary-Ann has a deep reservoir of experience and knowledge and is one of the Associations most experienced executive coaches.
After working with an outplacement firm for eight years assessing and coaching professionals with their career and professional development, Mary-Ann started her own executive coaching firm in 1999 and obtained her Certified Corporate Coach Designation the same year. Mary-Ann also co-facilitates workshops with other consultants.
