BIO
I like to "make people feel good". I get excited and inspired when I see and feel someone have a breakthrough in life. For as long as I can remember, this has been my passion.
Following this passion has given me the opportunity to delve into a multitude of self-help, healing, and enlightening endeavors. I studied acupressure, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Hypnotherapy, Building Rapport through Communication Techniques, Body Language, Leadership Initiative, Muscle Testing, and Altered States of Consciousness. I have used this training to work as a Hypnotherapist, Life Coach, Motivational Speaker, Dating Coach, Writer, and Television Host. I have a passion for connecting with people and helping those people to connect with their passion.
Like everyone, I have had moments of wondering, "what's next?" I now find that question to be an exciting part of my life. It adds another piece to my puzzle. I like putting the puzzle pieces of life together. My undergraduate degree from Florida State University, my certifications from the Behavioral Science Centers, and my hours of independent mentoring by hypnotherapists, healers, and shamans have helped me to be a master of putting those pieces together. It is my choices in life that have led me to work in television as a relationship coach, a body language/love expert, and a dating coach. All of this work has been utilized to create my first book of practical life coaching skills and conscious choice making, "Who Are You Choosing to BE?".
This is an empowering lifetime! And, as always I am excited by “What's Next?"
"I like to help people to think in ways that they never before thought possible."
"Loving life is centered in the ability to love, accept, and be grateful for 'what is' no matter how that 'what is' shows up."
