Sometimes we are mistaken. We think and believe that other people have the same experience as we have.
Imagine that you cross a street and are passing a very dirty car parking in the street. You see that is so dirty that a lot of mud sticks still to the tires.
Imagine that five people are passing the car.
The first one thinks what a dirty car it needs a car wash.
The second thinks what a smart car. This car is good at driving off-road.
The third thinks that the owner is a sloppy person.
The fourth thinks that is the car of my neighbor, he lives on a dusty and muddy road.
The fifth thinks nothing and does not pay attention to the car at all and has no thoughts or believes of the owner. The fifth is only observing that the car is there and nothing more.
You see that only five people passing a car have five different mindsets in action. Interesting or what? It shows you something about perception of experience is not the same for all of us.
Perception is or may be very different from person to person. My perception says something about myself whether I am satisfied or happy or unhappy or miserable.
It all depends on my own interpretation and evaluation.
I am the experiencer and it is me who has the experience.
The experiencer therefore determines the experience.
If I did not interpret the experience there is no minus or plus.
There is nothing safe or dangerous. It just is. It is just what is.
We love to label our impressions. Actually, we cannot do without. It happens in the same moment, as you are aware of something you perceive through your senses.
The experiencer experiencing the experience and the experiencer decides the experience. In other words, you and your neighbor are not seeing or rather perceiving and experiencing the same even if it from the outside looks as if you do. Funny is it not?
Try to label your next thought and image?
You cannot do it, because you do not know what is coming up next.

Why are we labeling everything?
We do not know what we see. Strange? Look at a chair for example. If you get closer and closer, you will see a material, a substance, molecules, atoms, particles and energy vibrations and finally only emptiness in between.
We are labeling all kind of stuff. In reality, we create a false security in our mind. We label the “stuff” as a chair for example.
Are we able to experience the safe and well-defined firm and solid “stuff” in another way?
If something is silly or something unexpected is happening, you will change your perception and experience.
When you are surprised in a positive way, you are open for new happiness to arise in your life and open for new creativity and abilities for creativity .
Since you appear not to be as open constantly, you are shutting your heart down and you move back to your safe and well-defined world of firm and solid “stuff” like the example with the chair, which seems to be firm and safe. You go back and put a label on your experience and perception.
Everything is new every moment. This piece of information of false security may disclose your fundamental joy of life.
However, if you want a cheerful mind, you need to pay attention to what your mind thinks.
You do it from a place of stillness from the now within you.
Your mind likes a well-defined road and will continue to do so as long as you are not aware of it. Your pure consciousness or the quite observer of everything happening on the screen of your mind must be in charge of your perception.
