Taking Care of Yourself Just As Important as Taking Care of Business

There have been numerous studies that state that not sleeping in, or brushing your teeth twice a day, or making your bed every morning can add years to your life. It wouldn't be a stretch to say that these things also lead to a successful life. The kind of person that does these things probably cares about their health and well-being. More than likely, they wake up every morning with a plan, an agenda, or a purpose.

The kind of person that does not do these things probably doesn't care about their health, and probably has a negative outlook on life. The kind of person that doesn't make there bed every morning probably says, "What's the point? I'm gonna sleep in it later anyway." This type of person does not care about their surrounding, and has a defeatist attitude . This kind of person has little chance of succeeding in anything except in having a being late to work, having messy home, and bad breath.

You must take care of yourself before taking care of business. Without you, there is no business.
