In your memory I choose to see what you have tried so hard for me to see. It is in your memory that I choose to take love, honor and respect to a whole new level. I am trying the best that I can and I walk strong, in your memory. For all the times I just wanted to cry, you made me laugh. When my heart was broken, my memory of you is filled with love and understanding. You taught me that age is just a number and you are never too old to act silly and laugh at yourself.

You are the bravest soul I know and I honor your life and mine, in your memory. You taught me that as the years pass, so will all the pain that life has brought you. Some days the pain is in your heart, while others it’s in your joints. So run and play while you can, you are never too old to just let go and frolic in the sun, and in the rain.

It is in your memory that I cherish what you showed me about love, and about growing old. I have noticed throughout the years the sound of your laughter never changed, even as you grew old. I can still hear it just like it was yesterday, and that my dear I will always hold onto in your loving memory.

In your memory, I am the best “ME,” because you have had such a positive impact on my life. I have been so blessed to know you. You are with the angels now. When life gets hard, I just stop everything and I can still hear your laughter and I just know everything is going to be all right. In your memory I only cry tears of happiness when I think of you.
