You were an Infinite Being before you were born. You are an Infinite Being even now. You will remain an Infinite Being after you die.

When you recognize the beauty of your Infinite Self, you accept the grace for living and dying well. Much of your angst about death comes from the uncertainty of not knowing. But death holds less fear when you live with trust in your Divine purpose for being on Earth. As you release your fears about death , you become more comfortable with the reality of constant change. Uncertainty is a predicament of all life. During your life transitions you have the opportunity to face uncertain times and learn to trust. As you do, you discover your true Self and reclaim your inner power.

Accept the beauty of your Infinite Self and release your fears about death.

To develop a spiritual evolution, you must disengage from negativity and step away from resistance. You accept life’s circumstances and learn from them. You focus on solutions. When you want someone else to guarantee your future, you lose power. As you take responsibility for your own life, your inner power grows.

The way you react to life’s circumstances causes you pain, not the circumstances themselves. When you change the way you react, you enter into a spiritual appreciation of life. Your fears about death begin to fade. You focus instead on creating each life experience with your good feeling thoughts. You make choices that honor who you really are. Each choice matters. As you follow your heart’s desires, you find life meaning and purpose. You align with the beauty of your Infinite Self. You accept the grace for living and dying well.

Watch nature’s rhythms and understand that change is part of all life.

Nature is our great teacher. From nature we learn the stability that comes from flowing and moving on. As you observe the rhythm of each season, you understand its meaning for your life. In winter you turn inwards, plan and prepare. In spring you feel the Earth’s renewed energy and start projects. Late summer is time to harvest the fruits of your labors. And the falling leaves in autumn signal a time for letting go of what now longer serves you. A basic principle of life is change and growth. Nothing stays the same.

Today’s fast-paced world is full of complex challenges. How can you live in this uncertain world without fear? How can you learn to trust? Times of uncertainty offer the potential for renewal or despair. You have a choice. Even a small change can have a powerful effect in your life. When you choose to trust and let go of fear, you build your inner power. With each choice you are evolving a new you. Your true Self expands and moves forward.

Express appreciation often and promote a happy, purposeful life.

Appreciation is a powerful emotion. Feelings of appreciation raise your energy level. Energy vibrates and attracts. Higher energy affirms life. It makes you feel happy and secure.

Thoughts of appreciation cultivate greater resilience from setbacks. You develop your ability to let go of negative thoughts and feelings. Expressing appreciation often is a powerful mindset. What you appreciate grows. You increase your happiness and live a more purposeful life.

You are an Infinite Being on Earth to experience the joys of living and dying well. Life holds more joy when you spend each day looking for people and things to appreciate. And death holds less fear when you live with trust and enjoy a purposeful life.

Choose practices to affirm life and create energy. Regular exercise helps you look, think and feel better. Good feeling thoughts increase your happiness and well-being. Meditation practice creates a quiet space in which to know your true Self and deepest feelings. Each choice to support body, mind and spirit promotes your well-being and reclaims your inner power.
