You can Release Stress to Change for the Better Now -

Did you know that you already have within you what is required for positive change to occur in your life? You do! By allowing yourself to be more relaxed you are able to go within to find the change that is waiting there for you.

Many of us are more stressed than ever with so many things demanding our attention, in just one day. Wouldn't is be great to be able to take some time out of your busy schedule to feel more relaxed and calm?

Soccer Moms, who juggle family , friends, socializing and maybe even a career, can surely relate to the frustration of not having enough time for themselves.

Maybe (like me) you have tried relaxing with Mediation, Yoga, Thai-chi or just plain working out at the gym. These are wonderful activities, if and when you can find the time to fit them into your schedule. Even zoning out in front of the television can to take your mind of your busy day (but depending on the program it can also add to your stress.)

As a Hypnotherapist, I show stressed overwhelmed women and men how to visualize and deep breathe their way into relaxation .

The more relaxed you are,the more peace , calm and serenity you will have and this gives you the ability to go within to change for the better.

The motivation given in this process builds confidence as you begin to replace old ways of thinking and feeling with more positive ones. Then, as change quickly starts to take place, you realize how deserving you are of taking this time for yourself.

Now, when I say time for yourself, I am not talking about a lot of time, just enough to be still and be quiet to really listen to your thoughts and be in the moment.

It is funny how the word time is one of the most widely used words in the English language and we never seem to have enough of it. When you do devote this small amount of extra time for yourself, you will see how the time you do have will work better for you.

As for being in the moment, this means, really stopping to be alone with yourself and your thoughts by focusing on the now. This is one of the most important things you can do for yourself. When you start doing more of it, you will see andfeel the results and will then have proof of its importance in your life.

Making your own time more important to yourself will also allow you to be there for those other important people in your life in a much better way. So now, more that ever, it is time to be your own most important person or just get better at it.

Until I became a Hypnotherapist, I never really knew how important it was to take time (even just 10 -15 minutes out of my day) just for me. But I did do this and saw how fast my own life changed for the better. Instantly, I became much morerelaxed and focused and capable of getting more important things done during the day. No longer lying awake at night, thinking things over and over, I started to fall a sleep much faster.

My energy increased and I gained much more confidence, which resulted in better opportunities. Such peace and calm came
into my life that I even stopped biting my fingernails – a bad habit that I had since childhood.

More and more positive changes continued to take place in my life as I began understanding more about how the subconscious and conscious part of the mind work together.

As an observer, I was also able to witness several different types of live case histories involving many clients, from the beginning of their issues to their resolution. This enriched opportunity showed, in detail, how quickly the mind will respond to positive words, phrases and thoughts through visualization and guided imagery.

When I started to gain one-on-one experience by being a part of my own client's positive changes, it confirmed what I had been thinking -- that change really does happen from within, because it is already there waiting to be released.

It is in our nature to want what is best for us and I believe we are born already knowing what that is. There are many distractions in life these days but stress plays the biggest part in our forgetting what we already know to be true aboutourselves.

Acting like a static noise in our minds and throughout our bodies, stress can fatigue and complicate our thoughts and actions. This fatigue has the ability to further confuse the way that we interpret our own beliefs and circumstances.

Stress is a common factor with all my clients, no matter what their issues, and it also seems to be the main reason their issues started in the first place. It is a world-wide issue and the increasing effects of stress are taking their toll on our physical and emotional health.

Just in America, the Annual Stress Survey, states that in June 2008, more people reported physical and emotional symptoms due to stress than they did in 2007, and nearly half (47 percent) of adults reported that their stress had increased in the past year.

More people report fatigue (53 percent compared to 51 percent in 2007), feelings of irritability or anger (60 percent compared to 50 percent in 2007) and lying awake at night (52 percent compared to 48 percent in 2007) as a result of stress,
in addition to other symptoms including lack of interest or motivation , feeling depressed or sad, headaches and muscular tension.

Women were more likely than men to report physical symptoms of stress like fatigue (57 percent compared to 49 percent), irritability (65 percent compared to 55 percent), headaches (56 percent compared to 36 percent) and feeling depressed or sad (56 percent compared to 39 percent).

These statistics alone are enough to get you concerned about your future health -- but actually doing something about stress and your issues can be pretty challenging.

Change is not always easy and the reason is that we are human and it is human nature to resist change. Why?

Well, it's simple: it is much easier to stay the same and change means doing things differently than before. Who wants to do things differently? We all do!

It is also human nature to want to change for the better and we know that staying the same does not benefit us in the long run. Now, to make changes occur they must be found and going within through Hypnotherapy will take you to that subconscious level where your change begins to happen.

The subconscious is where your old ways of thinking and habits hang on for dear life, so that part of your mind can be a bit stubborn.

My experience through observation, at the deepest subconscious level, of my client’s minds and my own, has given me evidence of the vast capabilities that we have within us for change to occur. That is why I want to share this knowledge with you so you can benefit from the positive changes that you arecapable of creating in your life now.

Yes, finding that change can be a challenge and knowing more about how and why Hypnotherapy works will take you to that place of discovery within yourself.

When you go within yourself to release stress and begin to find change, a realization takes place and you begin to uncover and remember your own truth.

So, are you ready to be more relaxed to find your own positive changes that are waiting to be released? It is time to become your own most important person so you can be there more for yourself and for others.
