When you eat according to what your body requires, you will in fact, perform at your best. You WILL have more focus. You WILL have more energy. And you WILL have more clarity.

To discover what your body wants, and needs, there are three simple steps to take.

1. Get Quiet
2. Tune In
3. Use Muscle Testing

When you follow these simple steps, you can discover exactly what your body is asking for when it comes to nutrition .

1. Get quiet. Take a moment to breathe into your body. Simply take a few deep breaths to center yourself. Consciously breathe deeply three or four times. You will be amazed at how quickly you can center yourself.

2. Tune in. Ask yourself what your body is in need of with what you consume. Amazingly, you may find you receive answers that go beyond food and liquids. You may “receive” an answer that says, “Walk in nature.” Or “Take a hot bath.” Or “Stretch your body.” When you receive this type of information, your subconscious mind is letting you know you need to slow down. Heed these important messages.

3. Muscle Testing. This is again where your subconscious mind will let you know what you really require. There are several different techniques you can use to muscle-test. I use different methods in different situations. I suggest that you try out the different methods to determine your favorite, or the one that is easiest for you to use at first. Once you get comfortable with that method you can practice the others to explore their feasibility for you.
