Who hasn’t heard about quitting smoking these days? (Stand up!) Now say where you have been for the last fifty years!

…Unfortunately, the actual folks who have really stopped--from all this harping--is quite small compared to the num-ber of folks still smoking.

Why is this, do you think? Could it possibly be because we have not bothered to examine one of the oldest, most re- spected methods that folks once used when they were un- able to find answers from regular sources that their peerspromoted?

…Now, before you laugh, or drop that cigarette from your
smoke-filled mouth, allow me to talk with you about the an-
cient ritual of real nighttime dream incubation.

I don’t say that what I am going to tell you is the total answer to your goal of quitting smoking. What I affirm--after more than twenty years of trial and error--is that there’s amazing value in incubating your dreams -- to help you start to quit smoking.

“How is this possible?” you ask—with much skepticism.

It’s really a very straightforward dream pursuit, and you don’t have to be any particular breed of man or woman to see startling results…

Because smoking addiction —you’ll concede-- does hook all of your parts—(from Instinctive, Sexual—to Moving, Feeling, Thinking and a couple of more) you can’t expect to get one dream tip--after one night—that tells you how you can quit.
But if you will practice what I am going to tell you--you will begin getting valuable tips--most of the nights—and within a matter of days, you will begin to see some truth and trust my words.

Before I go further, let me simply advise you to have a clip board with sheets on it—along with pen firmly attached to it.
You’ll also need some kind of light so you can make out
where you’re writing down your dreams .(Be quiet with a
partner’s sleep.)

Now what should you “think” as you prepare to sleep tight?Simply: “I want to discover anything that will help me start to stop smoking.”

Note, we can’t change ourselves (from folks who smoked for years to folks who quit seconds ago) with the same mind set that caused us to start in the first place…

We need to find a way to transform our minds tranquilly.
And dreams can do that by introducing us to activities and interests that will direct our minds in quite peaceable ways.

Guess what happens when you think new thoughts, have new emotions, and do different things? There’s no more room for smoking then!

…Listen! If the Greeks used this method; the Hebrews
used this method; Indians, too—even if you’re up to youreyeballs in i-phones—(but still smoking)--you ought to be keen on using it in helping yourself conquer smoking habits still plaguing you.
