I have a special place in my heart for cheese; from Gouda to Colby, Parmesan or Mozzarella. Cheddar is better, but I would be remiss to leave out Swiss. In my book, if you top something with cheese, you only make it better. It explains why my favorite types of appetizers are cheese based, mainly dips. Here are some cheese dip appetizer recipes I hope you will try. They are perfect for football Sunday, holidays, parties or a late night snack.
