Living our Dreams

No matter where we are in life, we have dreams . How many of us work towards living these dreams and how many of us pay attention to our dreams at night time?

We are what we create, what we allow in and what we hold on to. When we realized that we can live our dreams, we need to believe in them and allow all our old thought patterns go, the thoughts and believes that could be holding us back. Our dreams, whether during the day or night time can show us so much.

Pay attention: when you are daydreaming and you are living a dream, watch what happens to your body and mind as soon as you think a negative thought. Anger kicks in, hopelessness bites at your ankle and dread that you will not obtain this goal hits you hard. Then you shove your beautiful dream aside. How about at night when you are dreaming and you have a pleasant dream, you feel really good. Or you could have a dream that brings up anger, frustration, loss, maybe occasionally sure determination to reach that goal.

The next day, stop and take a look at that dream and see how it relates in your life. (A dream book is only a guide, and can not go into your sub consciousness.) Did you stand up for your self in the dream? Did you feel sorrow because someone was not going to be there any longer for you? Did you take the opportunity to go forward in the dream and say to heck with your fears and take the next step?

In the last year, I have had several dreams that brought releases of old emotions, saying no to what someone wanted me to do (something I was letting go of), taking the steps to go forward and jump as high as I can to achieve my hearts desires.

Dream – lots – live your dreams. Say no to your ego when it starts to play games, say no to self doubt. Live your dreams with love and compassion and know, no matter where you are in life, you deserve to be happy and healthy in all ways. Always ask what your higher self is capable of and enjoy the outcome.

Many blessings and a huge hug,
