Is one of your personal goals to get a handle on your money?

Money touches every aspect of our lives, like all relationships it needs working at. Because we are not in the habit of talking about money, it does not get the attention it deserves and goes on to develop in direction of its own based on ghost beliefs.

Many people, of all income level (more often those on the higher scale) don’t know where their money goes, how much they have, how much they are spending or how much they owe. This vagueness and disconnection from money we call the ‘money fog’, it leads to stress and anxiety around money.

By taking small steps, one at a time, you can start changing your relationship with money by getting out of the money fog and getting on the road to clarity.

Here are some steps :-

1) Start by building a snapshot of your financial position – accurately write down everything you owe (secure and unsecured debt ), your total savings and current investments values.

2) Another step is start keeping track of everything you earn and everything you spend. These simple actions can be eye-opening, and can be the impetus for change.

Getting out of that money fog by becoming conscious of your money will help you improve your relationship to it. You will begin to feel you are truly in charge of and in control of not only your money, but your life.

In order to bring about lasting change, it’s important to look at what your relationship with money has been has been in the past, where it is now, and where you want it to be in the future. Coming out of the money fog is a process which takes time, but when the fog clears and you gain clarity, you can turn dreams into realities and have more control and satisfaction in your life.

Let now be a great time to begin escaping your money fog.
