You are the life of the party, but still ALONE!
You are the one others look to for help, but still ALONE!
You are even considered leader by a few, but still inside you feel ALONE!
Because you have hidden the less acceptable parts of you…
You have not accepted yourself and so now you live like noone can accept the real you…
Now leader, you feel ALONE and distant and unloveable for who you are…
And so now when you start this business, or attempt to do the calling on your life, you feel distant from your people…
You keep trying to hide away your hidden bits, trying to make yourself and your message acceptable to everyone…
And the response is lack-lustre because you are not showing up powerfully.
And you have almost forgotten how to do it…
You have been politically correct for so long…
And that put food on the table…
And now, NOW you feel purpose driving at you, calling at the real you to show up…
And it feels too hard!
You have never really been honest about who you are so how on earth are you supposed to start doingit now?
There has always been the professional, politically correct front and now you are supposed to get raw and real?!!
How the heck is that supposed to work?
And yet it must!
You must shine a light on all the hidden parts – both the acceptable and the unacceptable bits…
You must be the authentic POWERFUL leader you are born to be.
That is the only, ONLY fulfilling path for you!
It is the narrowest of narrow paths and it calls to you…
It is a mixture of ‘HELL YES, I WANT TO DO THIS’ and ‘HELL NO! NO ONE IS ALLOWED TO SEE THIS PART OF ME!’
Always a choice – the blue pill or the red pill…
And which will you choose?
No one will buy your muted, ‘let me be this holy little christian’ or ‘let me be this super professional’ nonsense…
We have seen that by many millions before you and frankly, your nonsense is no better than anyone else’s nonsense…
We want rawness…
We want to KNOW that you are on the path with us…
We want to see YOU – the raw, undiluted version of you…
The HIDDEN you, the one that even your family does not know exists…
And yes, honey, it is scary…
People may judge you!
And you have been trying to avoid that for so long now that it has become a way of life…
But now, you want MORE!
You feel the uncommon goals pounding inside of you…
You see people going to hell in a handbasket…
And you feel you must speak…
But to speak and to be heard demands vulnerability!
About the darkness as well as the light!
WILL YOU BE THAT LEADER?
Or will you retreat and try to make it work as a lesser leader?
You can, you know…
(If you can ignore the fact that you feel like a dead man walking )
You can probably help a few people and make a little money by diluting your message and making it less scary for you and more palatable for the masses…
But be prepared to be considered a commodity…
Just something to be gotten for as cheap as possible.
With no real message, no distinctiveness, nothing to stand for, you become cheap and you have to sell your stuff as such.
You can settle for that or you can BE THE LEADER YOU ARE BORN TO BE!
Cutting through the nonsense and declaring your message for all to hear!
And then YOUR people will show up!
They will hear your voice and follow your lead…
They will never go to another because they will be so loyal to you!
No one hits their buttons like you do!
And you will KNOW that you are living out the purpose, the calling on your life…
And you will no longer need to hide.
Because you have found the people you were designed to lead…
They will save you from years of mediocrity as you tried to fit in…
And you will save them because you are YOU!
Bold, brash, REAL you!
Now that is the ‘YOU’ that changes LOTS of lives and make a helluva lot of cash!
