Organizational goals are the greatest motivational drivers of business. Without goals, an organization can simply not go forward. In setting goals, enormous resources are spent. It is the people who either take the organization towards its goal or don’t. Considering that people are the pivot around which goals are set and achieved; it is surprising that most organizations don’t communicate their goals with their employees. A minuscule percentage of companies have a reward system for employees who take the organization where it needs to –towards its goals.
This webinar talks about how to introduce a goal based system of performance management to employees. It is a given that some employees may oppose the idea of setting goals at their work. Often, it is supervisors who resist goal setting more than the employees. All these are discussed in this session. As an aside, this webinar will also offer tips on how to choose a web-based, on-demand technology system and vendor.
