Smart LED TV Pakistan; Memories we all have had watching TV

Smart LED TV’s have really changed the way that we view our favorite content. Previously, we had to wait hours to watch one episode of our favorite shows and now people binge watch entire seasons on Netflix, Hulu or Amazon prime.

The size and weight of televisions have also changed drastically. Who knew that one day we will be carrying portable TVs (smart phones) in our pockets? I certainly never thought it could be possible.

But even though modern technology has taken the fun out of viewing television. It has certainly made our lives easier.

So here are some common memories we all share watching TV:

Getting up in the morning for our favorite toons

When you get older, sleep becomes a peaceful activity and as kids it felt like a punishment. Who remembers waking up at 7 am in the morning to view shows like dragon tales and bob the builder? Kids these days can simply stream any episode they want to watch on their Led TV online . But back in the day, we had to wake up and watch whatever episode was on.

I don’t know what you guys feel, but for me having to wait for your favorite shows felt like treating yourself to something good. Kids today will never understand the satisfaction of having to wait to watch your favorite show and movies. They can simple stream any show on their Smart LED TV or their phones.

Eating in front of the TV

These days it is much more common to eat dinner or lunch in front of a television screen. Previously, this was only done on special occasions or when parents were out of the house. This was one of the best feelings in the world. You would brag about it in school the next day to your friends.

Now a days eating in front of the TV has become so common that certain people cannot eat if they do not have the distraction of television.

Voting for movies

There was a time that the latest movies were posted on a channels screen and then we were supposed to call in to vote for the one we wanted to watch. The movie with the most votes was played.

You might remember you and your siblings just waiting for the voting period to end so they could watch that new movie. This was the time that torrents did exist, but the internet was just way to slow. It would take days to download a movie even in its most basic format.

Fighting for the remote

Usually people only had 1 or 2 televisions in their homes. The reason being that the technology was quite expensive at the time and the fact that you had to pay separately for cable on each television. So siblings would often fight for the remote, so that they could watch their favorite television shows.

Now a days, everyone has a smart phone and laptop with them. People simply stream everything they need to watch. Gone are the days when television was rewarding to watch.
