How do you know your sex life back on track?

It depends on what aspect of her sexuality she is not happy with. If she is not receiving sexual pleasure the way she would prefer, she needs to be first looking at what are some possible reasons she is not asking for what she likes. Does she know what it is she wants? If she knows, why is she not asking for it? If she does not know, how can she find out?

Often the issue is deeper than the sexual communication and the cause has to do one’s sense of self namely self-esteem, self confidence which is affecting communication. When we have a problem or concern at work, we are entasked and even expect it ourselves to apply our hundred percent in finding out the solution. When it comes to our personal lives, it is often too easy to stay in our comfortable zone, even though we desire change, and let it slide. If only more people would apply themselves the same way they do for their work, we would have happier and more fulfilled people at all fronts.
