“Many times people have lots of gas and bloating and this protocol heals the problem. This protocol balances the GI tract and creates a harmonious process for the whole body.”

Many times our GI tract gets out of balance due to lack of probiotic bacteria and from eating GMO food and foods full of pesticides, herbicides, and other chemicals. So it’s important to eat only organic food, and to restrict the amount of sugar we consume because sugar feeds all the negative none probiotic bacteria in our gut thus creating imbalance with gas and bloating.

Start adding probiotics with natural foods such as Kimchi, sauerkraut which contain thousands upon thousands of good bacteria. Or to take probiotic capsules that can be found in any drugstore. Taking 4 capsules, 4 times a day for the first month and then 4 capsules once a week from then on. Start drinking chicory blends like Dandy Blend Beverage which contains inulin which feeds good probiotic bacteria.

Next a person should systematically go through all the foods they eating to find the foods which are causing gas and bloating. Many people are allergic or intolerant to particular foods and those foods must be eliminated. It takes time to eat a food and notice how GI system reacts within 30 minutes. But the payoffs are great… because we can stay away from gas triggering foods and feel great. Say for instance spicy food causes a person to immediately have gas and bloating then all spicy food must be eliminated. Or it might be something like dairy products and thus dairy products must be eliminated. Many times foods such as pizza, soda, and foods with lots of fats, processed foods, and foods with chemicals in them, cause gas and bloating and they must be eliminated. Sometimes it’s even our favorite food that we love that’s causing the problem and we have to eliminate that food from our diet .

Here is great way to go about finding what foods are causing gas and bloating. Start with cooked brown rice which most people get along with, and only eat cooked brown rice for two days. Then add in another food for two days and see how you react. Then add another food for two days and see how you react, and keep this up until you find all the offending foods and eliminate them from your diet . Most people don’t get along with at least 2 or 3 different types of food but they keep eating them anyway and that causes all kinds of GI distress. And it may be something as simple as black pepper causing GI distress. Or even beer, wine, or a spice that’s causes GI distress. So check out every single food, spice, and beverage to see if it’s cause of GI distress.

Also emotional upset can cause GI distress, and having a mind out of control that’s constantly thinking can also cause GI distress. Thus learning to meditate is extremely important because it calms the stomach and intestines. Take a FREE 10 Day Vipassana Meditation Course, even the food and lodging is free and these retreats are given all over the world. Google “Free 10 Day Vipassana Mediation Retreats” and they will come up. Everything changes from the time a person steps out of one of these retreats, because peace and calm becomes the norm.

And there are lots of herbs that help with GI distress. Herbs such as marshmallow root, slippery elm, fenugreek and activated charcoal which are really great for soothing the GI tract. And taking chamomile tea, fennel tea, anise tea, cardamom tea, and many other soothing teas can relax the GI tract. And to calm a nervous GI tract try Kava Kava or Ashwagandha Root Powder… they both work well for anxiety and stress, and stop eating by 7PM… because late night eating causes GI distress.

From a spiritual perspective it’s important to give up all the things we don’t have control over and allow God, the Universe, and the One and Only to take over. There is an old saying “Let Go and Let God” and it really works because if we are not in control of a situation, no amount of worry is going to bring about change. But if we give it all up to our Higher Power, and allow life to flow harmoniously then everything falls into place and life is good. And even our GI tract feels better if we “Let Go and Let God”.

So start from the beginning, take probiotics, eliminate foods, learn to meditate and use some herbs and relaxing teas, plus let go and let God… and gas and bloating will be a thing of the past.
