Paleo barbecue chicken wing recipe with a side of vegan almond yogurt. Easy, quick and delicious recipe gluten, soy and processed sugar free. Almond yogurt is plant based and dairy free. Barbecue Sauce
Ingredients:
- 1 (8 ounces) can tomato sauce
- 1/3 cup raw honey
- 2 cloves garlic finely minced
- ½ cup cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon chili powder (preservative free)
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- ½ teaspoon white pepper
- Dash cayenne pepper
- Dash sea salt to taste.
Preparation:
- Combine all ingredients in saucepan bring to boil. Reduce heat and let simmer for 10-12 minutes until barbeque sauce thickens. . Baste chicken wings last 8 -12 minutes of baking.

Chicken
Ingredients
- 18 to 20 chicken wings depending on size
- 1 teaspoon sea salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder to taste
- ½ teaspoon black pepper to taste
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

Preparation:
Preheat oven 375 degrees F
- Wash on dry chicken wings with paper towels. Season wings with salt, garlic powder, black pepper and paprika to taste.
- Thinly coat cookie sheet with olive oil.
- Place chicken wings in single layers on cookie sheet. Place wings in 375 degree F oven.
- Cook 30 to 35 minutes
- When thoroughly cooked and tender remove each wing and dip in bbq sauce. Place BBQ dipped wings back on cookie sheet and bake for additional 8-12 minutes. When removing and replacing chicken wings carefully use cooking utensil.
