Human Harmonics ~ Raising Our Vibration ~ Part #1

The key to raising our vibration comes from opening our hearts. When we embrace the act of loving and being loved, we feel more alive, more expansion, more creative and have a sense of renewal. In divine love, all separateness is dissolved and we come to understand what is meant by the phrase “We are all One.”

Making a commitment to stop reacting to others who are inconsiderate and show unkind acts towards us moves us into a new vibratory frequency that embraces oneness. If we judge, we contract our energy, close our hearts and lower our vibration. As we cultivate oneness we automatically begin resonating from our high vibratory center, creating more opportunities to raise our vibration. As we open ourselves more to love we will start experiencing a more beautiful and loving world around us.

To experience love is to allow ourselves to be vulnerable and accept ourselves just as we are. We need to learn to love every aspect of ourselves, all the good and all the bad. By loving the parts of ourselves that are negative, they have far less power over us. We raise their vibrations out of limitation into light. Love is a powerful energy; it creates a safe place for healing to occur.

As we learn to love and accept ourselves, we can extend that same feeling to others. Rather than judging and criticizing people, we should ask ourselves what we can do to make their lives better. Sending loving energies and light to those we wish to help or those who are asking for assistance not only benefits the recipient, but also resonates by flowing out into the universe and back to us. Love transcends all time so we can send love both backwards and forwards in time; to people who have hurt us or to those we have hurt. We rapidly increase our vibration through loving others and ourselves.

The rate of our vibration determines the people, events, resources, circumstances, and objects we draw onto ourselves. Our vibration sets the tone for our surrounding environment. As we increase our vibration we become more of a conduit for this energy, which assist us in healing humanity, Mother Earth and ourselves.

Mother Earth is ascending and it is time for us to pick up our vibratory frequency, release our unwanted baggage and join her. This journey is so easy once we adopt and embrace it. The manifestations are coming quicker. What are you manifesting? Those that remain in a place of complacency will miss out on the joyous celebration of our return to the original creator light beings we were 10 million years ago.

Lets set the tone for The Golden Ages and 2012 by spreading love and light to all humanity. Start in the magic of this NOW moment and be the change you wish to see in the world.
