We should not let our fears hold us back from pursuing our hopes.

It’s a new day... the early morning sun pierces the darkness. Let us begin our new day with hope rather than fear. It’s all a matter of choice.

What will you choose?

This quote is from John F. Kennedy. The same idea has been said a million different ways... but, I’ve always liked the simplicity and flow of this version - so I’ll say it again...

We should not let our fears hold us back from pursuing our hopes.

It reminds me that I am in control of my future hopes, because I choose to not be afraid to pursue them. It certainly doesn’t guarantee my success or accomplishment of my goals... it simply reminds me to “go for it”.

Do I get scared and have fears about what lies ahead? Will my business succeed? Will my family stay as close as we’ve been blessed to be? Will my health remain strong and vibrant? Will my spiritual path continue?

These are all questions that do have answers... but I may not know them right now. Does this worry me? Yes... a little worry... but not enough fear to hold me back from moving in the direction I believe I should be moving. Again, I tell you - it’s a matter of choice. I choose to continue to pursue my hopes... my dreams ... my future.

We should not let our fears hold us back from pursuing our hopes.
