We all want financial stability, balanced relationships, upwardly mobile careers and peace at home. But instead of waiting for these things to come to us, we must “walk the walk and talk the talk” to actively pursue our goals.

We have truly hit a point in history where everything you think, say, feel and do matters…because that is how you create tomorrow while living through today.

When you adopt the motto everything you think, say, feel and do matters you are impacting your future because you are creating what you want by your thoughts and not being a victim of the gloom and doom attitude permeating our lives through social media, electronic intrusion and negative thinking. When you attract the positive you allow no room for the negative to enter.

Positive thoughts create positive results

Our thoughts are where it all begins. If you are playing a negative loop of thoughts through your mind your results will be negative. If you are looping positive thinking along with the negative you stand a chance of improvement. If you completely eliminate the negative and fill yourself with the positive, you are on the road to success and prosperity – because that is what you are creating.

Get rid of negative thinking — declutter your mind. Negative thoughts are like constipation for your mind. Use paper and pen or your computer word program and begin writing. Write as many pages of “can’t do,” “won’t get the sale” and “the diagnosis will be bad” negative thoughts that come into your mind. All thoughts such as “I’ll never find a job,” “I won’t be able to pay my bills,” or “They won’t return my call” should go onto those pages. Then shred, delete or strike through everything you wrote so you can release it into the universe for recycling into new positive energy.

Next, welcome new positive thinking energy into every part of your being. And, instruct your subconscious mind to allow only positive thoughts in to replace the old. If necessary, mentally place unwanted and do not enter signs all about your body and mind to keep the negativity away. The only way good new thoughts can enter is to make room for them.

Energize positive thinking — Take action. You can only succeed if you have a plan and take action. If you want to build a house it isn’t enough to buy lumber, nails and a hammer. You eventually need to create a plan and then pick up the hammer piecing together the wood with the nails to create the structure. The same holds true for your future.

It takes a commitment on your part to think positively and then action to achieve a successful outcome. Make your plan reasonable, responsible and one you can keep under your control. Bring into alignment the energy of your new thinking with your surroundings so they are also supportive of your goals. This is how you manifest your desires — by gaining control of your thinking and your surroundings bringing them into alignment and you will create the outcome you desire. This is the formula for creating emotional stability so you can work on financial security.

Declutter your surroundings – If you haven’t used it for a year, doesn’t fit, doesn’t work, is cracked or broken, or you don’t love it, get rid of it. You will be amazed at how many things fit these criteria and you will be even more amazed at how much better you feel when you are done. Energize, energize, energize — to create positive energy in your surroundings.

In the east area of your bedroom and office add a green plant or a picture of a lush green field or forest to create new things and thoughts in your life.

In the south area of your office decorate with something red that is upward reaching such as a red candle or a picture of mountains framed in red for good luck.

In the center of your home utilize a stone or rock (can be crystal or semi-precious stones) to symbolize your commitment to yourself and your desire to create a better brighter in-control future and keep you centered.

Make every day count. Remember you are exchanging it for a day of your life. Using this results-oriented approach you can achieve whatever goal you’ve laid out before you because you and only you will be in charge – attracting into your life what you desire.
