I'm sorry, I don't personally know any therapists in your area. Consult your state licensing agency or the American Association of Marriage Family Therapists . You can bring How To Be a Couple and Still Be Free to the therapist, and ask him or her to help you with the exercises you.  "Guidelines for Finding and Using Therapy Wisely" can help you find a suitable therapist, and "Ten Things People Don't Know About Therapy"  will help you understand what to expect.
