QUESTION:

Dear Dr. Sadie,

I am 26 year old male, from India, currently staying at Phoenix (AZ, USA). And this is my story.......
Since the last week of October to December first week of this year (2010), I had been visiting single strip club for nearly 1 or 2 times per week and each time I took 1 or 2 lap dances with different girls.
I usually shave my beard in the morning at 9am. And sometimes I get cuts during the shave. No cuts are bigger than 2-3 millimeter across and they bleed sometimes (bleed for few minutes). After shaving, I take hot water bath and then a hot coffee. I visit the club at around 2-3pm and before the lap dance, I usually have a cold drink. There is about 4-5 hours gap between sustaining the shaving cuts and the lap dance. There has never been an instance where there was an active bleeding from the cuts during the lap dance.
During the lap dance, I only kissed and/or rubbed my face over the neck, between/on the breasts and sometimes on the butts / thighs (never did that on her vagina) of the girl. Every lap dance was about 5-10 minutes. What scarring me is, if her vaginal fluid present on her butts/thigh or on her body surface or the traces of semen from the previous customer to whom she gave a lap dance or traces of blood if any (I didn’t see any blood traces at any dance) come in contact with my shave cuts, when I was rubbing my face on it. Apart from this, during the whole dance, she used to rub her vagina with panty, on my hard penis (with my clothes on). She used to continue rubbing it for about 5-10 seconds after ejaculation.
Earlier, I was unaware that HIV/STD can transmit even by semen or vaginal fluids. But when I came to know about this transmission, I am totally scared and unable to perform my day-to-day activities. So requesting your help....
I have discussed these with few doctors on www. healthcaremagic.com, but I would want an expert’s opinion.
Now my questions are:
1) Will these shameful acts cause HIV or any type of STD?
FIRST LET ME ADDRESS HOW YOU ASKED THE QUESTION,
“SHAMEFUL ACTS”???
I THINK A MORE IMPORTANT QUESTION YOU SHOULD BE ASKING YOURSELF IS, “SINCE I FEEL THAT WHAT I AM DOING IS SHAMEFUL, WHY I KEEP DOING IT?” THIS SEEMS TO BE THE ROOT CAUSE OF THE ISSUE AND ONE THAT I THINK YOU NEED TO FIND AN ANSWER TO.
DO YOU FEEL LIKE LIVING DANGEROUSLY?
ARE YOU SO ADDICTED TO, AND ACCUSTOMED TO, VISITING THIS CLUB THAT THE FACT THAT THIS BEHAVIOR IS, DANGEROUS AT MOST, UNSANITARY IN THE LEAST, DOES NOT KEEP ME FROM REFRAINING…
NOW TO ANSWER YOUR QUESTION…YES & YES!
THIS CAN CAUSE YOU TO GET A MULTITUDE OF BACTERIA IN YOUR FACE, IN ADDITION TO LITTLE CRAWLING CRITTERS LIKE CRABS. ANY VAGINAL DISCHARGE (THAT YOU MAY ALWAYS SEE), A FISHY OR MUSTY SMELL OR UNPLEASANT VIRGINAL ODOR IS NOT A GOOD THING TO HAVE YOUR FACE NEXT TO, OR IN, WHETHER YOU HAVE RECENTLY SHAVED OR NOT. HIV MIGHT BE SLIGHLY HARDER TO COME BY BASED ON WHAT YOU EXPLAINED BUT THERE IS A HOST OF OTHER VAGINAL FUNGUS AND BACTERIA HIDING IN SOME THONGS AND HIGH HEELS THAT MIGHT MAKE YOU WISH YOU WERE DEAD.
2) Will HIV get transmitted through the shaved cuts that contacted vaginal fluids or semen, when I rubbed my face on her butts or thigh?
REASEARCH SUGGESTS THAT THE RISK OF HIV INFECTION IN THIS WAY IS EXTRMEMLY SMALL. UNLESS YOU HAVE VAMPIRE TENDENCIES AND ARE DRINKING A LOT OF BLOOD YOU ARE PROBABLY SAFE.
3) How long these shaved cuts takes time to heal so that HIV/std infection gets restricted?
READ THE ANSWER TO QUESTION #2
4) What are the chances of infection from her rubbing vagina on my cummed penis across my underwear or thin pant?
ZERO…IF YOU CATEGORICALLY, ABSOLUTELY, POSITIVELY & UNCONDITIONALLY MUST HAVE A FOREIGN VAGINA AND BUTTOCKS RUBBED SOMEWHERE ON YOUR BODY ON A DAILY BASIS THEN I SUGGEST THAT YOU STICK TO THIS METHOD RATHER THAN HAVING IT RUBBED ON YOUR FACE
5) Sometimes, I might have rubbed my eyes with my fingers which touched her butts/thighs where vaginal fluids or semen may exist. What about the infection through eyes, nose and ears?
I’M SURPRISED YOU’RE NOT BLIND YET? IF NOT YOU’RE PROBABLY OKAY!!! …HOWEVER, IF YOU HAPPEN TO GO BLIND DO YOU HAVE SOMEONE WHO CAN WRITE ME FOR ADVICE SINCE YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO SEE THE COMPUTER KEYS!
I’M NOT CERTAIN BUT IF I WERE A BETTING WOMAN I WOULD BET THAT THIS WOULD PROBABLY STOP YOU FROM RUBBING VAGINAL FLUID INTO YOUR EYES. HERE IS SOMETHING TO THINK ABOUT…IF YOU KEEP LIVING DANGEROUSLY YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO SEE A VAGINA; BASED ON YOUR INQUIRY THAT SHOULD MOTIVATE YOU TO STOP RUBBING STRANGE FEMALE FLUIDS INTO YOUR EYES.
6) For how long does the virus (HIV) exist on her body surface?
HIV DOES NOT LIVE OUTSIDE OF THE BODY.

7) Does multiple lap dances with almost different girls increase the any risk of infection?
NO, BUT IT DOES INCREASE THE INSANITY OF THE SITUATION
8) I think, even a single HIV virus or STD causing organism infection through the body tor blood strem, is capable of causing infection – am I right? Please explain if it requires certain amount of fluids (like full 1ml or 2ml) to cause the infection
STOP ALREADY! STOP YOUR BEHAVIOR AND YOU HAVE NOTHING TO WORRY ABOUT
9) Finally what are the chances that one can get HIV/STD infections through these lap dances?
SEE QUESTION #8
10) Do you recommend me to take a HIV/STD test?
YES, AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!!!

Waiting for your reply.....Thanks for your information
