Brainwave Synchronisation and Extrasensory Perception

There are different types of extrasensory perception among which are unconscious extrasensory perception which was discovered by Fredric Myers, this method involves the use of the subliminal mind below the limits of consciousness to gain insight into future events. The body’s psychological and mental process records certain messages even when the body is in its unconscious state, it is one of the methods used by psychics to teach people how they can become psychic and it has proven to be very effective in percipients that have used it.

There are other methods that have also been used to increase the abilities of people seeking to improve their ESP, one of such method is dream telepathy this involves training the brain of the subject to be more conscious in conditions like dreams , trance states, hypnosis and some states of creative inspiration .
