Be the Change

Dear Brothers and Sisters of the family of Humanity,
I greet you this day in the vibration of love, from my spot of Heaven on Earth here in Okeechobee. The veils have almost disappeared; all can be seen now. It has become time to live and act in truth and love only. Thoughts are manifesting almost immediately making it even more important for all thoughts to be created in the vibration of love. Staying always in the vibration of love is the key to enjoying grace and ease during this transition period. Call on your Angels and guides for assistance during this time. Invoke the sacred violet flame of transmutation and transformation to purify your being as needed. I use my sleep time as classroom time .I ask before going to sleep to spend time in the purifying , cool flames of the sacred violet flame and to spend time in one of the ascension accelerator chambers of the lower sixth dimension while my body is asleep. As my body rests, my soul is unencumbered by the limits of being in a body. I spend time in the gardens of paradise which grow on Earth now as they do in Heaven. The pearly gates are wide open and once again humanity is welcome in the garden. It is a wonderful place to spend time daily. If you have created a personal pyramid in the fifth dimension; spend time their daily for healing. I have lost two of my kitty pals in the last several months and they live in my personal pyramid or at least they always show up when I lay down on the crystal table in the middle of my pyramid. Below the crystal table is a large bowl that contains a small part of the sacred violet flame gifted to me for my personal healing and transformation . If you have not yet built a pyramid in the fifth dimension; I urge you to do so. The entire process is done through your intent and the love of our Mother Father God Creator. Ask your angels and guides to help. They will help you with whatever you ask of them. The voice of their wisdom and love is very quiet. I am always receiving the answers to all my challenges. It is my job to keep my mind still enough to hear their wisdom ; so I can benefit from it. I am getting better each day at hearing my answers. You will also; it takes practice. I have missed many opportunities for blessings I could have used by being in fear. Fear and love cannot exist in the same space, at the same time. These days I choose to only live in love and am beginning to hear some of the beautiful messages I missed. Do not worry; as you will manifest whatever your focus is upon and it seems that the things I used to fear and worry about - manifested even faster. When you feel your mind racing- become aware of it. Choose to stop the idle chatter of the mind and breathe deeply; so that your lower belly fills up with air even before your chest. Imagine an image of Master Buddha like the ones observed at Asian restaurants. Notice how full the lower belly of the image is filled. This is the kind of breathing that will help you to transmute all of your fears and doubts and to still the chatter of your mind.
Spend time doing whatever it is that brings you joy for at least fifteen minutes a day. Spend as much time as possible living in love and joy. Remember that your thoughts are things; so try to keep them as uplifting as possible. If your life is not what you want it to be- clarify what it is that will bring you joy and ask your angels and guides to help you manifest it. I'm lucky that I have always been easily amused with the simplest things in life. This brings me great joy and costs nothing. Spend as much time in nature as possible. I realize that urban dwellers have a harder time with this one than those who live in rural areas. Nature seems to be one of God Creator's places of higher learning . All exist in this circle of life, even we the humans. Please do not trash the landscape of our Earth Mother and encourage others to take care of our planet. Pray for the healing of our planet. She is a living organism and considers all of humanity as her children. She provides us with food and water, and is willing to share her life energies with us if we ask.
If you do not already prana breath; it is time to start. If you do consciously prana breath every day; I'm sure you are seeing wonderful results. Your mind slows and the endless mental chatter stops. Your health improves on not just a physical level; also emotional, mental and spiritual level. I can tell by the afternoon if I have forgotten to take some prana breaths during the morning- I become more tense and cranky. For those of you who do not know prana breathing; I'll give a quick overview. Do a few slow Buddha breaths and set the intent to breathe God's adamantine particles through your crown chakra. Your crown chakra is the soft spot in the top of your head. Imagine beautiful golden white light entering through this golden chakra and ask to fill your entire being with this Creator energy. The energy passes through the length of your body through the front side your chakra system and finally exits through your base chakra and your right leg and exits through the planter chakra in your right foot. Begin creating at root system from your base chakra, located at the anus, down to the crystalline caverns in the center core of our planet. This root system will become an invaluable tool used not only to send and receive God particles with our planet; it also creates a blow off valve in your body to send the fear and stress thoughts to be transmuted into something of a higher vibrationally nature. Imagine with intent- sharing this golden white God light with our Earth Mother for her healing. As our planet responds to prayers of love - she will share her endless supply of golden white God light with you. This healing, loving light comes back into your body through the root system you are growing that connects with your base chakra and through the plantar chakra in your left foot and up your left leg and the energies meet at your base chakra. Set the intent and invoke this radiant healing light to journey up the back side of your chakra column and eventually leave through your crown chakra after the energy washes the back side of your chakra column. This process connects and centers those who practice so that no matter what happens- you can handle it with ease and grace.
