Charminar:

A famous landmark in Hyderabad, Charminar has a name in the pages of history. Char Minar means four towers which are believed to stand for the first four Khalifs of Islam. The area surrounding the Charminar is as busy as it can get, with colorful bangles, jewellery, pearls and lip-smacking dishes being sold. It was built by Mohammed Quli Qutb Shah on the banks of River Musi.

Golkonda Fort:

Located close to Husain Sagar Lake, Golkonda Fort was built in the 12th century and it was fortified in the 14th and 17th century during Bahmani Sultanate. Inside the fort, there are halls, stables, drawbridges, and cannons. Gate called Fateh Darwaza, present in the outside area of the fort is a beautiful one. The Light and Sound Show takes place during the evening, which is a fascinating one.

Husain Sagar Lake:

It is Asia’s largest artificial lake and a popular tourist spot in Hyderabad. The lake connects Secunderabad to Hyderabad and is a major picnic spot. The lake was built during the rule of Ibrahim Quli Qutub Shah in 1562 AD. The lake is surrounded by parks giving it a serene environment.

Ramoji Film City:

Regarded as the World’s largest Film Studio Complex, Ramoji Film City is also a thematic destination where you can enjoy a full day. It has cinematic themes along with adventure sports and toy train rides. Snow World:

It is a popular historic market located nearby to Charminar. It is a bridal bazaar, famous for bangles with artificial diamonds. You can easily shop for jewelry, clothes, bangles here at good rates.
