Theresa is the past president of the Greater Philadelphia Chapter of Association for Talent Development (ATD), and is the past president for a local Toastmasters club. She has been a featured speaker at numerous regional and international conferences for ATD, SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management), DIA (Drug Information Association), MAGI Clinical Research Conference, Training Directors Forum and others. She facilitates “Meet the Author at the Pyramid Club,” which has been named one of the top 10 best networking associations in Philadelphia by the Philadelphia Business Journal. She won Emmy’s in 2019 and 2021 for her work on the PBS talk show, “Counter Culture.”
