Zee Worstell Quick Facts

Zee Worstell has just recently brought her knowledge and skills to the coaching world and is making a huge impact on the women she works with.

Her skills include training as a teacher as well as 12 years in sales and sales Management and 15 years in the Executive recruiting world. Most recently Zee has been an owner of her own, highly successful, recruiting firm specializing in executive placement for the sales industry. 

Zee takes her knowledge base and understanding about creating and maintaining a successful career as well as her passion about what holds women back in their careers and applies it to helping her clients.  She works with executive women helping them rediscover happiness in their chosen career using her "Clearing Career Clutter" system.

Women make up 66% of the workforce yet hold only 14% of upper management positions while much of the research shows that women managers help make a company more profitable. Zee's passion revolves around supporting executive women so we all benefit.  

For the women who have achieved career success, there is added pressure. They are torn between feeling lucky that they are where they are, when so many others are struggling and wondering if they still feel the passion and joy for their chosen career. 

With external pressure directed at them for choosing a career, there is a risk that talented women will leave in search of happiness.   Zee help them clear the career clutter that is clouding their perspective and help them either rediscover the joy and purpose in their chosen career or clear a space for new opportunity to present itself.
