My lifelong interest in helping others and in personal development has led me to the field of life coaching. I love to strongly engage with my clients to help them find ways to organize their time and their lives, get efficient and focused with their priorities and most importantly, find the time to do the things that really matter the most... the things that bring them and those around them true joy. My style is down-to-earth, compassionate, humorous and action-oriented.
I'm currently studying with the International Coach Academy in preparation for applying for Certified Professional Coach certification from the International Coaching Federation. I also hold a B.A. degree in Asian Studies from Barnard College, Columbia University and a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the Society of Human Resources Management. In addition to working in human resources and in my private coaching practice, I love to spend time with my husband and friends, cook, dance, drum, amble through Seattle neighborhoods and street fairs, and read fantasy novels.
