She has worked in personal development and coaching for over 20 years.
She began her Personal and Professional development career in 1991, whilst working for Lloyds Bank. As a highly regarded manager, she was selected to work as an internal consultant on the human resources strategic plan. From there she was appointed as a consultant and coach to senior managers to support them to improve their bottom line results. During her career at Lloyds Bank she was also involved in developing distance learning materials for branch staff.
She left Lloyds to work, as a senior learning consultant, for the now called Work Foundation which was the largest developer of people in Europe. Her aim was to expand and deepen her consultancy, training and coaching expertise. She also had the opportunity to further develop her experience in developing distance learning materials.
In 2000 she decided to develop her own personal and professional development business to give her the balance she wanted whist she raised her children.
She has supported thousands of people to take the next step in their lives, through courses and 1:1 coaching. She is an expert in personal success and wellbeing, business coaching, intelligent teams and organisations, personal coaching, NLP, accelerated learning, personal effectiveness, Emotional and Social Intelligence, Kundalini Yoga, how to develop profound relationships and the power of trust.
She was one of the first people to develop coaching in the U.K.
