Before founding SoftOlogy IdeaWorks, Peter was one of the most successful music producers and recording engineers in the world, having produced such artists as Grammy Award winning `Men at Work’ and `Mr. Mister.’ He has had multiple international successes, been honored with numerous awards and he’s been responsible for shaping some of the most influential music of the decade.

Peter has consulted on the development and design of electronic products, and has written two successful books and numerous articles. He has served as a marketing consultant for companies such as TEAC Corporation and the Musicians Institute, and has taught at the University of California at Los Angeles.

His wide range of skills and interests prompted him to return to California State University to work toward completion of his degree in psychology. There, he naturally focused on the role of technology in information transfer, accelerated knowledge building and the galaxy of issues involved in how individuals learn most effectively. This in turn led to his invention of the patented RapidReader® engine and the formation of SoftOlogy IdeaWorks. Here, Peter’s extensive background in technology, business management, and communication combined with his passion for accelerated learning, human factors and education. The result is a company whose mission is to create the next generation of “Software for the Human Operating System”™.
