Maureen Knight Quick Facts

I am not a healer. I do not heal anyone. I think of myself as a stepping stone on a

pathway of self discovery.  I create a space where people can learn how incredibly wonderful

they are, by teaching them to love themselves. That's all I do. I'm a person who supports people.

I help people take charge of their own lives. I help them get the blocks and barriers out of the way

so they can love themselves no matter what circumstances they happen to be going through.

This does not mean that problems will not exist - but if we know how to react to the problems,

it can make a tremendous difference to our lives.

My early years in life mirror those of Louise Hay, including sexual abuse, alcoholism and violence.

Along with the death of both parents, and my husband, life has led me to some sad places at times.

All these events though have shaped who I am today, and they have given me the ability to relate to many

people through empathy and caring. My career in the mental health field has also given me many experiences

in helping those who need a guiding hand.

I found Louise Hay's philosophy a huge inspiration for me in my life. I have gained courage from her

affirmations and life knowledge..  My goal is to coach others to make the most of their life and help

them achieve inner love and acceptance of all.
