Change Your MIND, Change Your LIFE
What's Your Story?
We all have 'stories'. Stories are part of your habitual thinking patterns, so much so, that you hardly notice them. Yet they exert a powerful hold over you, especially when it comes to spreading your wings, and doing the things you would want to do with your life.
The mind-body connection
The stories we continuously tell ourselves, keep us in the same patterns, repeating the same behaviour, because of the mind-body connection. When we hear the 'story' repeating itself, we experience the same emotions, and that is what keeps us limited.
Your body believes what your mind tells it. So if you repeatedly think 'I'm not good enough', then you won't feel good enough. It is the feeling that holds you back. You won't have the same edge, for example when you attend an interview, as someone who is thinking 'I am good enough'. This is just one example, and each of us has many of these 'gremlins' to contend with.
Change your story, and you will change your life.

imposed by others on him.
Stripped, naked, natural, he is what he is.
This is a matter of being,
and not of becoming."
Awaken from the dream... and set yourself free.
Most of us live our lives in a kind of dream, never questioning who we are. We take for granted our thoughts, and beliefs, and more importantly, our limitations: based on old beliefs that hold us back. Most of these, even our name, were given to us by others. Most of who we believe ourselves to be, comes from ideas outside of ourselves.
We offer a range of coaching programs
that support you
in changing your old thought patterns,
and putting new patterns in your life.
