CORY GEFFREis the founder of Teen Success University, which provides personal and professional development programs for teenagers, parents, educators and other adults. Through his work at Teen Success University, delivering school programs and coaching teens one-on-one, Cory has become known as a Teen Motivation Expert.

As a teen, Cory could have been called “unmotivated,” and he was until he became motivated by a few influencing adults including parents, teachers, mentors and bosses.  After becoming motivated, Cory went on to have a successful career in sales, executive management, consulting and business ownership.

Cory has been speaking for nearly 20 years at conferences, corporations and colleges, but he feels that the best time to ignite the fire of motivation is in high school.  One of his favorite quotes is from one of his mentors, Josh Shipp.  Shipp said, “I believe that every teenager is one adult away from being a success story.”  Cory agrees and goes one step further when he says, “Once teens know the power of becoming motivated and adults learn how to turn that motivation on … we can all begin to see a generation of success stories like we never could have imagined.”

Motivating Teens to unlocking  their maximum potential is the core of Cory’s message to teens, but he also teaches educators, parents and other adults exactly how to make that happen.  He says, “It is not enough to know why you need to be motivated, you must know how and then take massive action.”
