My name is Wendy and I am just a normal everyday person who has a family and works.
But, I ask myself why did I grow up with what I know and understand about death, grief and what happens when we pass over. And I don't have those answers. I don't talk about it much, just when people I come across really need a hand with their grief. Which is very often.
One day maybe I will explore it more, but for now I can only tell you what I know with all my heart, and trust in the process of my own life.
I feel deeply for people who have passed over, and wish to ease their worry about not being able to communicate that they are ok with their loved ones, and I feel deeply for people on this side just as equally wishing to know their loved ones are ok.
My experiences with the bereaved and the confirmation received from their loved ones who have passed over ensure I have absolute faith and certainty that when we pass over, life goes on for us an we never stop learning and growing.
For now, there is nothing regarding grief, death and how we feel when our loved ones pass over on my site. I just love books. As I get going with this page I will write more about finding that faith that your loved ones are ok and very simple measures you can take that will help you understand this for yourself.
Yours in the here/ now and spirit
Wendy
As we are here - So we are there.. The life we lead here follows on to the life we lead there....
Death changes the physical presence, not the spiritual presence.....
Discuss your thoughts on death with your loved ones...Plan how they can listen / feel you are near when you have passed over....
In the Western world we don't talk much about death until death finds us and touches us or our loved ones. It is a shock and something we haven't given much thought to. Some cultures spend their whole lives preparing for their death.. sometimes we spend no time at all preparing for our death.. If we are lucky we will get time to discuss our impending death or 'What if?' death scenario, but for many that conversation is too hard to have or never really crosses their mind. The shock and grief are great when our loved ones die, even greater if they die without preparing themselves and us for it too.
