Steve started his first business at sixteen years of age. He quickly developed a passion for business and has now started or acquired nine companies. In 2001, Steve sold his companies and founded a management-consulting firm where he helps business owners become business leaders so they, and their companies, can achieve their potential. Steve also speaks to organizations on the skills and motivations leaders need in order to grow and manage a successful company. Where so many speak of what leadership IS – or what a leader must BE – Steve speaks straight to the heart of what a leader must DO to make a difference. He is a member of the Institute of Management Consultants and National Speakers Association and has had the pleasure of speaking to a wide range of audiences. Steve has been married for twenty-four years and has three daughters. He has published three books, produced several audio programs, (including his flagship program titled, “The Effective Leader”) written over a hundred articles, hosted a weekly radio show, and is passionate about helping others live their dreams as well.
