I am a psychology graduate who have been helping people in dealing with emotional difficulties such as stress, anxiety, and depression. Those people are my own family, friends, and even complete stranger (as client).When I helped them, often I found out that their problems were mostly rooted in simple thing, yet they took to long to take action on that problem until its emotional impact got too big for them to handle and they broke down. Because of that, I am motivated to show people how emotional well being should be maintained – be it from stress, anxiety, depression, or other psychological disorder. To support that, I write accessible information regarding those subjects complete with what people can do to handle it.
I write about stress and emotional health in general and its related area, such as anxiety, depression, therapy, and self help.
I’ve been interacting with people who suffer from stress and emotional pain for years. Sometimes when I deal with them, I think it will be easier and helpful for them to understand that emotional well being is serious problem so they won’t be too late in addressing the issue. It will also tremendeously help for them to have access to complete information about stress and emotional health.
I categorize my writing like this:
- Informational piece about stress and emotional health, like what are they, what cause them, and how they affect our life.
- “How to” article about practical tips people can easily do on their own to maintain their emotional health.
I tend to write them in detail, because when I read such topic in other blogs, it troubles me that most of them are incomplete and not thorough.
