As the owner of BestSelfHelp.com, I have the pleasure of reviewing and benefiting from the best self growth products ever produced. One of the things I have learned has been that self help products are not one size fits all. For that reason, I look to provide a variety of products in a variety of formats to best help you on your voyage.
Having personally attended many live self help seminars and been a student of self help material for over 20 years. Self help DVD's are an instrumental part of the learning process for many of us and combine a variety of ways to learn.
My experience and study of learning styles has brought me to the conclusion that learning via DVD is an excellent way for many of us. Why? The main reasons are you can watch a DVD over and over again and with a DVD you engage both your audio and visual learning styles. In addition, self help dvds can be studied as a group with discussion to take your learning and understanding to a whole new level.
