Hi, I'm Ladan, a health & fitness professional for 22 years. I'm a Yoga/meditation practitioner and facilitate workshops on this subject internationally. I'm an NLP weight loss & well being coach and also run 4 week workshops on weight loss & emotional eating as well as take private sessions. My classes are all aired on SKY's fitness channel on a regular basis, amongst other global networks. I write as a fitness expert with my own column in Balance magazine and have a blog on Huffington Post. I'm the published author of 'Fabulous fitness at 40' and have 2 workout DVD's. Finally, I'm also a personal trainer, holistic nutritional therapist and run monthly women's circles. Yes I'm a busy lady, yet passionate and more importantly love what I do. It feels amazing having found my sense of purpose in life by helping others to tap into their full inner potential so they too can live with greatness by transforming their body & mind. Yoga has really provided a platform for balance and harmony within myself and I have experienced a huge profound, paradigm shift as a result. I enjoy sharing this with my participants and have learned that when you stop allowing fear to bully you and start to live with awareness,compassion and mindfulness, life can become magical.

I like to work with my clients on a much more deeper level. When a client comes to me for coaching on Weight Loss for example, even though I'm equipped with the expertise to teach them about diet and exercise, I know that would be treating the symptoms and not getting to the root cause of why they are binge eating. Treating the root will be a lifechanging experience, yet shifting the symptoms, (although also be rewarding) would be like putting a plaster on the root and avoiding the core essence of the clients issue.
My style is unconventional as I work more intuitively and channel information. I trust what I'm offering is meeting the exact needs of my client for that day.
