All of us assume a leadership role at some point in our life. Whether this is at work or home, at church or within our social gatherings... leadership and "life in general" can present us with adversity.
Whatever the cause of the “problem,” be it work-related, personal, financial, medical, etc., there is always hope. Years of life experience and education have enabled Karen Phillips to help many individuals and organizations reach higher goals, conquer obstacles, and feel empowered. In general she does this by teaching about the importance of understanding the power of communication, rapport, attitudes, and perspectives in all situations.
