With over 18 years experience working with people in career transition, Joyce is the Catalyst that assists job seekers in landing their perfect job , and guides them in achieving optimum success. She had three other careers before discovering her career passion – helping others find their career passion, and shares tips that work after learning them by trial and error.  Joyce holds an MBA in Management and teaches management classes at a local university. She has also designed and delivered workshops and teleclasses, gives presentations to various groups, and is a contributing expert to professional organizations and local newspapers.
