Heather has over 16 years sales and marketing experience in the Telecommunications industry, and a love of meeting new people and co-creating success and inspiration with them to succeed.
Heather has had the wonderful fortune to be able to live, study and work overseas in France, England, Italy, and Switzerland, and speaks six languages. She is President of Spice Up Work Coaching and offers coaching in English and French, specializing in finding joy in the workplace.
Heather has always been a person unsatisfied with doing only one thing in her life. Thus, she's jumped into acting (once playing Eliza Doolittle Day in My Fair Lady), writing (freelance and an as of yet unpublished children's book), handbag and jewelry making (creating her own business), website design, traveling, and is always eager to learn something new. Heather has a deep understanding and compassion for those that face the challenges of being pressured to "pick one thing" when their heart and soul know they need multiple outlets.
Heather is a graduate of the George Washington University with a BA in International Affairs from the Elliott School of International Affairs. She is a member of the ICF (International Coach Federation), the Alliance Francaise, and has a Business French Certificate with a mention of "bien" from the Chambre de Commerce et d'Industrie de Paris.
She currently resides in New York (and travels to France as often as possible). Learn more about her at www.spiceupwork.com
“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It's not just in some of us; it's in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.”
Nelson Mandela
"....from here, that looks like a bucket of water...but from an ant's point of view, it's a vast ocean, from an elephant's just a cool drink and to a fish, of course, it's home."
Norton Juster, The Phantom Tollbooth
