Dysthymia and depression has been a focal point in my studies to help people. Through my study of these conditions I have come to know that there are more people with this first condition than many have thought previously.
While many dysthymics aren't often diagnosised as such, there may be a gap in the care they recive as just those with depression.
A key factor I have found and used in treatment of these clients is that of searching out and resolving those past issues in thier life in order to establish a base in which to rebuild their life from.
I am also very well adept in the relationships in China and the culture here and incorporate counseling and therapy into this culture for the improvement of the individual as well as overall lives of those connected here. Cross-culture issues for couples and business as well.
I will soon have a webpage for CDs I have created with binaural brainwave entrainment methods. These CDs are for sleep, focus and concentration and relaxation. Only available now through direct order via email contact.
*Note that all CDs are in Chinese covers at this time, but the content is the same for anyone.
We are one world with many people, cultures, ideas and feelings. The things that are of course most important is that we must learn to understand and to accept each other in a better way for the future of us all. Too many things seem to be unresolvable and these many things are really only kept as they are due to a lack of understanding and the ability to change our thinking and how we see each other and the world as a whole.
Psychology and philosophy are important parts of helping to create the needed change in us all to be able to do better in life and the world to make those changes needed.
Just as has happened some changes here in China due to the earthquake disaster, we must learn to come together not only in those times of need, but in all times and things that we all face in life.

I am also in the process of publishing a book here in China (and for other countries), that describes in detail of how life is for the average American. Far too many people here and other places don't really know or understand what that means. They have many ideas that don't fit the real life of people there. Many have the thought that if they go to America that all things improve in their life and that they will be rich and such automatically. This book dispels some of these ideas and shows what things must be done and how to do them to establish a life there. I hope that this will create a better more down to earth understanding for all.
