Debbie Crawford currently teaches first grade in Ohio. She has been in the Education field for the past fifteen years. She has taught small group reading instruction to struggling readers as well as whole classroom instruction. She has a Master's Degree in Elementary Education with a specialization in Reading. She realizes that many parents either do not have a lot of time with their children or they do not know what they can be doing to help their child outside of school. Her goal is to help parents receive advice on how to help their children so they can be more successful in school. She believes that parents need to be their child's strongest advocates, and the more the parents are growing and learning about how they can help, the more their children can benefit from them.
Other Programs & Highlights
Debbie has also written a book titled Pennies From Dad. This short story details the events of her father's death and afterwards. In addition to being an elementary teacher, she has a desire to help people heal from the loss of a loved one and to offer comfort/advice on how to make their lives a little better.
