Carol has worked in the helping profession since 1979. She started out as a nurse working in oncology, hospice, and geriatrics. She continued her education and currently holds licenses in nursing, clinical social work, and alcohol and drug counseling. In 1992, she co-created "The Counseling Cooperative" and has been providing individual and group counseling to self-referred and court-mandated adults in the areas of domestic violence, anger management, substance abuse, relationships, parenting, grief/loss work, and mental health issues such as depression and anxiety. Carol is a member of NASW.
